We could all use a mood boost right now, and it’s getting harder and harder to look outside ourselves for that. The future is uncertain, politics are a shit storm, and every time we think things are calming down, more chaos erupts somewhere or another. The way to stay sane right now, then, may be to look within our own bodies.
